Hello everypony! Back again with another of the Mane Six in Warframe! This time, title implying, we’ll be tackling Fluttershy!

When it came to choices I ended up being struck with an immediate and obvious choice in Titania Prime. With this build I wanted to really embody a sort of deadly Disney princess vibe. I wanted Flutter to have as many friends as possible to help her take down enemies since that’s kind of how she fights and solves problems in the show.
With that in mind, I’ll jump into the looks!
I decided on the Titania Prime helm because it looked good and the Empress, like, antennae things looked too much like a unicorn horn for me. I did end up picking the Empress skin though since the color mapping really worked for what I wanted to go for. I based the mostly on Flutter’s Equestria Girl design. After that I invested in the Raylta Syandana. This is mostly because I couldn’t get the Eros Wings to look good, but I still wanted to maintain having wings all the time even when you aren’t in pixie mode. Plus, I wanted to use the Naberus Ephemera to both allude to Flutterbat and add more friends to the mix!

Speaking of those two things, I used the Prisma Naberus on the right shoulder to continue the vague Flutterbat undertones and the Gillychap on the left shoulder for yet another animal companion.

I rounded out the attachments with the Gazal chest plate to sort of mimic Equestria Girls Flutter’s kind of lacy shoes, but also to help break up the color mapping around the chest some. I also use the Mag Heirloom Signa to round out the heads silhouette some, but it’s definitely the most optional part of the look.
With that, let’s dig into the actual build!
Frame
As mentioned above I knew really soon that I wanted to use Titania for this. The Breezies episode really drove it home. With Titania, you can effectively transform into Flutter’s teensy tiny Breezy form and slash through enemies with an army of Breezies in the form of your Razorflies!

As per usual, let’s break this down into some components.
So, how do we stay alive?
The main bulk of our survivability comes from constantly staying in Razorwing. Razorwing already gives you a crazy survivability just do to the fact that it bumps your evasion, but we’re going to supplement this with the aura Aerodynamic and Aviator in our exilus slot.
It’s here that I want to talk about some things regarding those two options.
During my research I explored several exilus slot options. I think Agility Drift could be interesting although I’m not sure how to test if it would ultimately give more Damage Reduction/Damage Avoidance than Aviator or not. Because in theory, if the enemies can’t hit you, then you have effectively 100% DR, however, this is complicated by the fact that enemy accuracy is very complicated and difficult to play around in the game.
I also considered Ironclad Flight. You may wonder why this mod exists. To my understanding, after digging around on the Warframe forums, the intention of this is to give players more control over energy economy while in Razorwing. Basically, in normal Razorwing, when you lose 1 energy, you immediately absorb any energy orb close to you because vacuum slorps it up. With Ironclad Flight, you don’t do that, so you can choose more actively when or when not to pick up an orb. Personally, I think in 99% of missions this problem is either a non-issue because your energy economy isn’t that bad, or you can solve this by flying out of the range of Titania’s vacuum. Either way, if you’re really a control freak like that, then it is an option.
I also tested Razorwing Blitz, and it was bad. If you really want to roleplay as a drunk fly that can’t get out of your car to save its life, then by all means have fun, but the negligible increase to Fire Rate does not tempt me more than the horrible maneuverability I have to undergo if I want it.
Finally, I want to address everyones favorite aura, Combat Discipline.
Combat Discipline can be really great to proc Arcane Avenger and others, and I think you could relatively mimic Aerodynamic’s effect by running CD along with Avenger and Guardian for a ton of armor.
However, that consumes both your arcane slots for a cheap imitation of Aerodynamic’s DR and a buff we can get through other avenues. I also just think Combat Discipline is sketch. I know, logically, that if you run any amount of DR that the damage you do to yourself is always rounded down to 0, but I don’t want it to be shadow or accidentally changed and suddenly I’m killing myself with my own aura. That’s just my paranoia, if you’d prefer it, then go right on ahead!
Now, as for the rest of our survivability, we’ll use Adaptation for even more DR, Archon Vitality for a nice health pool, and Augur Message for the smallest bit of shield gating. Truth be told, those last two mods are here for other reasons, but I specifically slotted in Adaptation because I kept dying to toxin procs, so the choice was either use Adaptation to get resistance or run Arcane Resistance, Antitoxin, or Rapid Resilience. I chose adaptation because it was the most situation agnostic, however, if you still find yourself dying to toxin procs, or you’re planning on going into a situation with a massive amount of them, then run Arcane Resistance instead. The same can be said if you’re planning on farming the ascent game mode and you need to resist heat procs, just use Arcane Ice and feel at ease. In regard to toxin procs though, I also run a health regen shard so that one toxin proc doesn’t leave me at a single HP. That way I can’t be pinned to a cork board by the first butcher that just so happened to be zoning out next to me.
Also, if you’re dying a lot, then try using Tribute’s buffs. Thorns gives a nice 50% DR, Dust gives a -50% hit chance, and Full Moon even gives a bonus to health and armor. This ability is really slept on because of how frustrating it is to set it up. You have no clue how many times I’ve found a nice butcher to set up on and then some Ogris wielding lunatic blasts the whole room and suddenly I have two buffs at 90 seconds left and have to find a new unit to get my other two buffs active. It’s SUPER irritating. And I don’t necessarily blame people for that. Boom & Zoom is the meta for a reason, and I’m sure that I’ve been that Ogris wielding lunatic before, it just makes getting the ability activated irritating as hell. It’d be a really nice QOL if you could just get all these buffs at once with just one cast. I’d even accept a sort of partial cast, like two of the buffs are assigned to quick tap and two others are assigned to long tap.
Mobility?
You’re Titania. End of post. She’s competing for fastest frame with Wukong and instant teleportation andies.
Killing?
Here’s where the bulk of the build is devoted.
We use Blind Rage, Archon Vitality, Precision Intensify, Arcane Pistoleer, and Molt Augmented, and arguably Archon Continuity.
All the strength is great for the Dex Pixia along with Pistoleer to give us MUCH needed ammo efficiency. Vitality and Continuity represent basically two different modes for the build. On one hand you can use toxin on the Pixia and make use of corrosive procs, and by extension Emerald Archon Shard buffs. This can be fairly useful since we’re subsuming Ophanim Eyes over Spellbind. The armor reduction from corrosive and Ophanim Eyes can stack nicely to help kill a guy well before his armor is melted off.
On the other hand, you could use Heat for a similar effect and Archon Vitality helps stack damage from Ophanim Eyes as well. I decided on this particular subsume because I felt like it mimicked Flutter’s look that she’s famous for using on the animals. Also because the only other really good options for Titania subsumes are like: Roar, Eclipse, and Nourish. All those are fine, don’t get me wrong, but it’s a little boring to slap a damage buff onto EVERY build in the game.
I use heat, but in play testing I felt like they performed similarly enough, both just melt things where they stand.
Lastly, let’s discuss energy economy.
For this section, we’re mostly using Archon shards, but all the duration we get from mods (mostly the aforementioned Archon Continuity and Augur Message, but also Constitution) helps to cut down on the cost of Razorwing’s drain along with helping keep our Ophanim Eyes up for a ridiculously long full minute.
Primed Flow along with an energy max shard also gives us a very comfortable 786 energy cap to work with. Of course Archon Flow could be a straight upgrade since some companions can proc the Archon mods, but like, I don’t know which ones do that and it seems fairly complicated an unreliable.
To layer this on even more, I recommend using Zenurik for emergency energy regen, an equilibrium shard to suck energy out of health, and an orb effectiveness shard so we get more out of both orbs.
I know this may sound extensive, and it is to a certain extent, but I cannot exaggerate how quickly Titania folds like paper outside of Razorwing. It is your priority to make sure that you are a precious little fairy as long as possible.
With all that out of the way, if you’d like a visual version of this build, then check my Overframe here. Otherwise, let’s get our non-breezie weapons out of the way first before we get to our pixie power!
Primary
To go along with the theme of wanting to maximize friends and critters, I wanted all the weapons to be either sentient or infested weapons. With that, one primary stood out to me as a very funny pick—The Bubonico! Something about Flutters wielding a massive half-canon-half-shotgun that she uses to melt a group of enemies, then feeds it a bone and pets its head is SO outrageously hilarious to me.
We’re gonna juice this puppy up with Shell Shock, Toxic Barrage, Blaze, Incendiary Coat, and Galvanized Savvy to pump out huge status damage and cripple armor. After that we use Critical Deceleration and Primed Ravage to bring our crit up to speed. The final touch-up is using Galvanized Hell to blast our multishot into the stratosphere.
Primary Crux is used to patch up the Bubonico’s not really great ammo. Don’t get me wrong, it has infinite ammo, but the recharge is really irritating because I feel I often run out right when I need the extra shots. And if you’re using the Bubonico with Titania, then you need it to go the mile and then some.
Finally, I use Galv Acceleration just for the extra useability, but we’re talking about the blast’em-from-on-high gun, it isn’t super needed.
This creates a weapon that can prime for itself with the alternate fire and then unload and clear crowds with the shotgun form. If you need a visual version, then check here.
Secondary
This build is very fun and very stupid feeling as is the nature of its Frenzy buff. Of course, we’re using the Dual Toxocyst!
Here we use Creeping Bullseye, Primed Target Cracker, and Magnetic Might to get an absurd 5x crit multiplier. The magnetic helps with taking down overguarded units and meshes well with our other status—blast!
Why blast?
Well, we already have armor stripping from Ophanim Eyes, so we don’t really need corrosive, and we already have viral from our companion. So that leaves us with like, Gas, Toxin, Electricity, Heat... or Blast. I think this build could work very well with any of the other damaging elements, but Blast? Blast is where the funny comes in. With Blast we are honest to god killing groups in base form without the incarnon. It’s very fun.
So go ahead and slap Frostbite and Scorch onto that bad boy! Lastly, we of course use Hornet Strike, Lethal Torrent, and Galvanized Diffusion for their general use applications.
When it comes to Arcanes, I opted for Secondary Deadhead for the recoil bonus and because you already want to shoot for headshots to get Frenzy and incarnon charge.
I think a Pistol Acuity build could be possible, but I didn’t really want to level up the mod, and I think being able to do damage on bodyshots is worth it for when you’ve already procced Frenzy.
Also, I use a secondary crit chance shard which is a nice little buff for these guys. In terms of incarnon evolutions, I use: Carnage Reign, Marksman’s Hand, and Commodore’s Fortune.
Melee
Here is where things get a little screwy. I have two choices for melee: the Coda Mire and the Korumm. I’ll go over the Korumm first because I think it’s funny, but also objectively worse than the Mire.
For this build, I wanted to build around getting to use Boreal’s Contempt for even more DR while in the air. So I started there and added Galvanized Elementalist for more element damage, Voltaic Strike to get Influence going and to use our elemental damage bonuses for something, and Primed Reach to hit lots of guys.
When it comes to other damage sources, I recommend using a Smite mod, Galvanized Steel, Blood Rush, and Gladiator Might. Obviously the crit mods are for crit, but one may ask why I’ve opted for a Smite.
This is entirely because Pressure Point would just add onto Boreal’s Contempt and I wanted the double dipping from the Smite mod.
Of course, this build is funny, and it gives more DR, and Influence can make virtually any melee nuke, but this weapon is just overall weaker than the Coda Mire.
TO BE CLEAR, that doesn’t necessarily matter. We already have the Bubonico and the Toxocyst, so we don’t need our Melee to do a bunch of damage, but I just felt like I wanted a big blow up weapon. So, if you want the Overframe build then click here.
Otherwise...
Let’s blow up some guys!
So the Coda Mire, what schemes have I concocted with it you may ask, well I’ve decided to go an unconventional route much like the Toxocyst and build for gas and electric. And lemme tell y’all, this shreds!
Why is this unconventional? Well, I understand Gasfluence is a very conventional build for the wider community, but I don’t tend to use it that much. You gotta understand I come from the warframe old guard. I still have Hunter Munition builds on a lot of weapons. Just a few months ago I looked at my DA and found this build from 2016! I remember a Pyrana build that I’ve recreated here on Overframe that I rocked for a while! To be clear, this build doesn’t have an exilus or arcane because we didn’t have those when I made this build.
So for me, Gasfluence is a really funny new build I had a lot of fun trying! Especially on an old school single blade type weapon.
As another note, my Mire has a valence bonus of 37.8% heat.
We use Crimson Dervish and your preferred Tennokai, then we get to the juicy part.
Toxic Blight and Volcanic Edge combine to make gas, and Voltaic Strike gives us our needed electricity while also bumping our status chance. We take that even further by using Weeping Wounds and Galvanized Elementalist.
Condition Overload provides our flat damage, and our crit is held together by Galvanized Steel and Gladiator Might.
This build is lots of fun, and even if you don’t want to run it on the Fluttershy build, I’d highly recommend grabbing it and modding it out still. It’s just a bunch of dumb brainless fun in a game where often the most optimal way to kill things is like, double-jumping then casting three abilities then getting a headshot kill then getting a body shot kill all in five seconds or something akin to that. I cannot explain how fun it is to have a build that is a sword where you just mash E and win in the year of our lord 2025.
As always, if you want the visuality, then check Overframe.
Companion
Here’s where my lack of effort might show. There isn’t really a good bunny or bear based companion, so I was a bit left for nothing, I decided to go with a Panzer to distribute viral procs, but I could see a Para Carrier build to mimic the birds we always see Flutter with being interesting. Maybe even a Wyrm Prime decorated to look like Discord? One could even argue a hound with Diversified Denial and Duplex Bond could fit the theming of “the more the merrier” that I already established, plus Fluttershy summoning her pack of Fahrenheit 451 dystopia dogs to kill you is really funny.
Point is that I think there’s a lot of creativity here for the aspiring tenno and the ability to really use whatever you think is going to be the most fun. You can also feel free to use any previous or future companion builds, but as it is, I decided a panzer would be the easiest and quickest to throw together.
Usually the reason for this is that I go “Man, I don’t want to mod viral” so I use a Panzer. That or I look through the companions and nothing really sticks out to me as THE obvious choice.
For this I focused on buffing our melee with Tandem Bond and all our guns with Reinforced bond. Other than that the build is pretty standard and makes use of Synth Deconstruct, Sharpened Claws, Fetch, Calculated Redirection, Enhanced Vitality, and Loyal Companion. Along with the Panzer exclusive mods of course.
I decided to go tandem over mystic purely because I thought the mire was funny and wanted to advance its propaganda more. Mystic Bond is going to be better for energy economy though, and Tenacious Bond is probably more damage if you have Bite, but I don’t! Speaking of things I don’t have, I don’t have a lot of beast companion mods, so I just slapped on everything I have which amounts to Maul, Swipe, Frost Jaw, Magnetic Claws, and Radon Claws, so do better than me, or don’t, it’s your game after all.
Visual Panzer here!
The Dex Pixia
Now we are onto the true meat and potatoes of the build.
A quick note, as mentioned above I use a secondary crit chance shard to benefit the Toxocyst, but it also helps out very marginally with our Dex Pixia.
In terms of the build, we use our basic mods: Primed Target Cracker, Lethal Torrent, Gal Diffusion, and Gal Shot. We use status mods like Magnetic Might, Accelerated Isotope, Scorch, and Primed Heated Charge. These three statuses help boost up our Gal Shot stacks and the other affects are nice boosts to other stats. The Archon Vitality bump also effectively doubles our DPS from our heat procs. All this to say that nothing will last long in front of us.
Now, remember when I said that I’d explain why we weren’t using Avenger? Here it is! Instead of Avenger we’re using Secondary Enervate. Again, I think CD is really sketch, and Avenger does give a 45% bonus, but that doesn’t get us to 100% crit chance unless we have Creeping Bullseye and a max stacked Galvanized Crosshairs or we’re kneecapping our multishot with Pistol Acuity. So in other words, we have to give up something to make Avenger reasonable for this build, when we could instead forgo modding for crit all together to get the build I’ve put together. Let’s be real, even with our only fire rate modification coming from Lethal Torrent and Accelerated Isotope, we’re hitting things so quickly that this arcane is going to be regularly jumping above 100% crit chance before resetting itself. After all, we only need 9 bullets to hit to get to 100% crit, and even then the arcane isn’t going to reset until 11 bullets and only if that eleventh bullet hits the 10% chance at an orange crit (at least I’m pretty sure that’s how it works).
To put that in perspective, to get to 100% crit chance the Avenger build either has to lose ALL multishot modding and combine it with either Primed Pistol Gambit or Critical Deceleration, and constantly be sniffing for weak point kills, and even then you STILL need at least one kill WITHOUT Avengers help to proc it through Combat Discipline. A Galvanized Crosshairs build is even more non-competitive because you’d need to run Critical Deceleration and then get 5 HEADSHOT KILLS and constantly maintain getting headshot kills to upkeep what amounts to less than 110% crit chance.
So which would you prefer, 9 shots of any kind, or 1-5 headshot kills without any substantial crit buffs?
I know my answer, but if you really want to make Avenger work, or you just don’t have Enervate, then drop the multishot mods if you want to use Acuity, or Galvanized Shot and Scorch if you want to use Crosshairs. In both circumstances you’ll probably want to replace your secondary arcane with Fortifier or Deadhead depending on how much trouble eximus are giving you.
Either way, here’s my build on Overframe if you want a visual guide.
Anyway, I’ll get off this soapbox...
The Diwata

And go stand on my Diwata soapbox.
I have a gripe with the Diwata. It affects the damage of your Razorflies. Why is this a problem? DE just did a pass where they intentionally wanted to clarify how exalted weapons work and allow them to be directly modded. SO WHY CAN’T THE FLIES BE MODDED?
This is such a minute nitpick, but if the vacuum thing can be addressed then I would REALLY hope this could be also. It’s not that it’s a massive deal. It’s just irritating that the Diwata does no damage, so my first impulse is to turn it into a set mod holder, but it doesn’t even function well like that since normal melee and exalted melee don’t share set bonuses anymore. However, you still have to pay attention to it because it affects your Razorflies. So it’s left in this awkward middle ground where you have to invest in it, but not for it to do any actual damage.
It would be even better if the flies just scaled off of Razorwing’s Strength or something since that would mean less forma investment in one of the most forma intensive frames in the games. I know that’s probably a controversial opinion though considering as it is now you can put status damage on them.
I’m MR 25 by the way. I was playing before Titania was added, played The Silver Grove when it dropped—it’s still one of my favorite quests—and have had her in my arsenal since. And I didn’t know that Razorflies used the Diwata for modding. Part of this problem is that new players are not going to have their first instinct to be to hop into the simulacrum and screw around with mods to see if the flies damage numbers are changing, and that’s if they have the simulacrum. I can’t imagine how aggravating it would be otherwise. I know most players can access this information via the wiki or a YouTube video, but it would just be way easier if there was a tooltip or something in game that displayed the stats that the flies have.
Anyway, I’ll once again get off of my soap box.
For the Diwata we’re using basically everything that works on the flies. That is, in this order, Primed Fury, Sacrificial Steel, Jagged Edge, Condition Overload, Gladiator Might, Organ Shatter, Virulent Scourge, and Primed Fever Strike. With Archon Continuity, this means our Diwata can spread toxin and corrosive—if you decided to lower your DPS and use it for any amount of time over the Pixia. Not the flies though, they have a status chance of 0! Which is, as far as I know, unmodifiable.
Another small gripe, I don’t know if Galvanized Steel and other Galvanized mods or the Acolyte mods do anything for the Razorflies. Like, assumedly not, because they’d hardly get any pure kills to proc Steel, and they don’t have detectable combo, so things like Blood Rush wouldn’t work, but I genuinely don’t have a way of knowing short of Googling it.
As before, the Overframe guide will be here! Please note that Overframe lacks ten capacity because it doesn’t include the Diwata’s stance, so I had to leave some mods lowly ranked, please rank them up when you put the build on your archsword.
Final Notes
I don’t really have any play notes for this build. Blow things up with your non-exalteds when you run out of energy, then hop back into Breezie form and maim anything bigger than you. If you want a visual guide to the, well, visuals, then check my DA here for a breakdown on the colors and attachments.
I hope you all enjoy this build! I apologize it took me WAY longer than usual to get this out. I got slammed twice in a row with some personal health issues that made working on anything really hard. That being said, Twilight build coming within the next two weeks! I might need a bit more time because of aforementioned health problems.
Thank you all for your support!
